We are brief and ephemeral beings.

To let go and try again, over and over, is a loving yet demanding ritual of our existence.

Consider this space as an altar to our impermanence.

Consider the poems, pieces, and practices found here as a hand (or heart) to hold while we bravely embrace this fleeting world together.

It is my belief and direct experience that nature can help us find beauty amidst the process of transition — that we need to look no further than to our natural environment to understand how to endure growth with patience, how to witness decomposition with grace, how to rest, recede, and begin again, knowing that the cycle goes endlessly on. And I believe that the more attentive we get, and the more we learn to let go, the more we will be freed inwardly as well.

It is this practice of receiving and releasing the beauty of our inner and outer landscapes that I wish to share with you here — through artistic expression — through ritual and contemplation —through the body and what it feels — and through allowing enough space for the unknown.

Thank you for being here, for now.
